Many Android device issues can be fixed by clearing your app cache. To do so, please follow the steps below;
1. Open the Settings app on your device.
2. Select Storage (this may be called App Manager depending on your device).
3. Select Games.
4. Select Turtle Tumble.
5. Select Clear cache.
