If you have been issued a Support Code for ARK: Survival Evolved and are not sure how to redeem it, follow the instructions below:
1. Login to your multiplayer game (or any multiplayer server if you want to redeem for Single Player) and navigate to extras menu in the options tab.
2. Look at the bottom, left-hand side and tap the "Support Codes" button.
3. This will bring up a box:
4. Simply enter the code you have been given into the text box, and hit "Accept" if you want the promo on this multiplayer server or "Redeem in Single Player" if you want the promo to go to your Single Player game.
IMPORTANT: Some codes will show as invalid if they have already been used. Codes are one-time use only.
