See your issue listed below? Try the following steps.


"Game Center login not found"

  • Go into Settings, scroll to the bottom and find Game Center. Deactivate and then reactivate Game Center (you will need to log back into it.)
  • If this does not work, please force close the entire app and reopen it.
  • Make sure you have network connectivity.

"No network connection"

  • Make sure your Wi-Fi or Mobile Data is turned on.
  • Make sure your phone is not in Airplane Mode.
  • Close and reopen the game.

"No servers found"

  • Please make sure you're updated to the latest version of the app.
  • Make sure your Wi-Fi or Mobile Data is turned on.
  • Make sure your phone is not in Airplane Mode.

"Stability issues (game is crashing or behaving oddly)"

  • Perform a hard restart (NOT factory reset) on your device.
  • From the Main Menu, navigate to Options and turn all Video settings to minimum.
  • Start the game.

"Game crashes upon startup"

  • Perform a hard restart (NOT factory reset) on your device.
  • Please make sure you're updated to the latest version of the app.
  • Please make sure your Game Center account is not currently signed in on another device.

"Cannot connect to servers"

  • Please make sure you're updated to the latest version of the app.
  • Some cellphone providers are unable to connect to servers at this time, please try connecting over a Wi-Fi connection to see if the problem persists. You can also try connecting by downloading a VPN. This is currently an issue that we are working on a fix for.
